Cleaning Up Cowell's

This cheap plastic mermaid tail toy was found in the surf during an impromptu Cowell's clean-up last weekend. We certainly claim to value sea life (both real and mythical), but that's not reflected in the way we treat our seas and shores. That's why we say #nomoremermaidtears and choose to refuse single-use plastic that ends up in the landfill soon after purchase. Whether it's plastic bags or poorly-made toys, it's important to spend your money on reusables whenever possible! That's how we'll really save the mermaids.
